Cinnamon forests grow naturally in the lands of Kerinci, without any pesticides or chemicals.

 

Farmers harvest the bark from the trees every 10 to 15 years once they reach the ideal V.O. content.

The Cinnamon Cassia forests surround and help into the  protection of the Sumatra Tiger Natural Habitat.

Farmers collect the bark from the mature Cassia trees and lay them in the sun to dry before taking them to the Cassia-Coop facilities.

Bark from the crops are carried from the farms by Water Buffalos into the Cassia-Coop facilities where they are stored, sorted, inspected and labeled before they are taken into the grinding process.
