That is why we encourage all workers in our supply chain, farmers, community members, partners, and any other stakeholders to speak up if they have concerns about our activities or impact.

Whether your concern relates to our practices, our supply chain, our products, or the people and environments we work with, your voice matters. By speaking up, you help us identify risks as well as opportunities, address problems, and continuously improve the way we do business.

When to speak up?

You can raise concerns related to, but not limited to:
  • Corruption, bribery, or fraud
  • Harassment, discrimination or unfair treatment
  • Health, safety, or environmental concerns
  • Human rights concerns in our operations or supply chain
  • Unethical conduct or violations of our policies
  • Any other issue you believe needs attention

How to report

This grievance mechanism is available to all workers at suppliers, farmers, community members, and other stakeholders.

You can submit your concern in one of the following ways:

Your report is safe

Confidential – Your identity will be protected

Anonymous – You may submit your concern without sharing your name

No retaliation – We protect those who speak up in good faith.

What happens next?

After receiving a report, it will be handled confidentially by a designated and trained team.

We carefully assess each concern, determine appropriate follow-up actions where needed, and aim to address issues in a timely and responsible manner. Where possible and appropriate, we will provide feedback to the person who raised the concern.
