On top of supplying vanilla, cassia and ceylon cinnamon, we also offer various other spices, including turmeric, cloves, and nutmeg. Our extensive network allows us to source our spices from the best locations around the world, including East Africa and Asia. We offer ground turmeric, ensuring that we can meet the needs of all of our customers.
Cloves are a spice product in the form of dark brown dried whole flower buds. With a bitter, pungent and spicy aromatic profile, cloves are primarily harvested in Indonesia, India, Madagascar and Sri Lanka, and exported to be used in many food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic preparations.
On the other hand, our nutmeg comes from Sulawesi, in Indonesia. Its cultivation there is responsible for giving the name of “Spice Islands” to the area. With an exceptional pungent fragrance and a warm taste, with hints of sweet notes, nutmeg is a prized flavor in various preparations.
